Others die of poor health because of working too hard. We must remember that our body is not a machine or made of steel. Whether we like it or not, our body must rest for many hours each day to recharge itself. If we deprive it from its most needed relaxation, we are slowly killing it.
It is the only body we've got. We have to organize our rest hours, whether for napping or sleeping. Let us not plunge ourselves into work as if it is the only thing that matters. What matters most, is what we can do today within a time limit, and without intruding into our hours of rest.
We do not measure a bright future by financial success alone, but more so on the kind of health we have. Our health , more than anything else, is our future. We have to manage time properly so that we will have enough time for work and loved ones. We must be healthy in our future as we are now so that we will enjoy very well the fruits of success.
